Alright...I wish that someone would have told me that school was going to be as hard as it is. I know, your probley thinking that....Molly it's college what do you expect!! Yeah, I think that I forgot about that little detail when I registered for Advertising, American Lit 2, Intro Communications, Anthropology and Weight Lifting!!! It's only 13 hours, but let me tell you it's 13 HARD hours. I have never been one to study much, I have always wished and kind of lead the life that school comes easy to me, that I can be like EMily Smith and not study and still make a "amazing" grade! HA, I wish that was me. The Lord gave me other gifts and talents to have, and being a 4.0 student was NOT one of them. Don't get me wrong, I try my hardest ( at times), and my parents have raised me to work your hardest in all that you do. Thank you Mom and Dad for that :)
I'm enjoying the afternoon at Dr. Java across the street from campus, sitting at a table tucked in a little corner listening to some smooth jazz. Very soothing!! Wireless internet, is a god-send in a college town.....there is nothing better to be studying and surfing the web at the same time.
Well, I have offically finished the first week of school, I thank the Lord that he gave me the strength to get through it. I think the first and last week of classes are the hardest because it is beyond overwhelming to be sitting in a class with 40 people getting bombarded with information. I think that as hard as this semester is going to be, it's going to be alot of fun to. It's going to be one of those semesters that really makes you understand and appreciate education. Like Mommy Kimmy says, is that you know that you have to study and that it is more than likely not going to come easy, you may make a "C" and that is ok. My desire in college is to at least make it on the deans list for at least a semester....I have 5 more to go so we will see.
I love the new apartment that Emma and I have. It is so cute, and we have added our little touch of TLC to it, creating it to be our own space. I still have to find some curtins for my bedroom and the living room.....I'm thinking that Pier 1 is going to help me out in that department. If I'm lucky mommy kimmy will help me out in providing drapes for a broke college student:(
Please pray that I can make it through this semester with the knowledge needed to succeed and the determination to over come the walls that are set in front of me. I think the only class that I am actually going to get an A in is weight lifting and the plus to that is that I am going to have a killer body. Yeah I said it, I'm going to be looking good. I woke up this morning and tryed to get out of bed and about feel because I was so sore...it just shows you at how out of shape you really are, at least I admit that!!!

Moving On
It is so freeing and refreshing to have a new start at something. It's a wonderful blessing that I have had the opportunities in my life that I have had. As I have learned life experiences are worth more than anything-even though they may hurt in the moment, in the long run they change you to be a better person.
Last August I moved to Auburn to live with a friend and go to school. In the moment I hated Auburn.....I cryed everyday and came home at least 2 times a month. I will not lie, that year was one of the hardest times in my life. I believe that I could have had a better time, if I had given the situation to the Lord right in the beginning, but me being myself and selfish and sinful, I could do it and I didn't need the Lord to help me. As I look back, I really did! My poor parents, getting phone calls of me just crying.....but how great they were to calm my spirits and pray for me in the moment and it was amazing to feel amazingly better. The power of the Lord!!!
Yesterday, I moved again. Not as far from home, but far enough away. I moved to Mobile, so I could be closer to the University of South Alabama. And I will tell you, I love it. I moved myself and when my parents came over yesterday evening to see me, and they left....I was all smiles inside. Because I knew in my heart of hearts that this was where I was called to be. I know that this journey the Lord has placed me on, is going to be one of great memories and laughter ( not saying that it is going to be hard at times). I think the best part about moving, is unpacking the boxes and redecorating a room. Making it your own!! I found out last year, your room needs to be a place of peace and a place where you can go and just sit and relax, your place for yourself. So, that is what I have created, a place for myself.
School starts Monday, and I am looking forward to moving on in that area of my life as well. It's about time I get to a University!! But as I find out, the paths we walk in this life are only because they make us stronger and they actually help mold us into the people we are called to be.
So here's to moving on and to starting a new school year. Just 2 1/2 more to go!!

Good-bye Summer
Someone please inform me on where the summer went!!! It's so sad to think that I'm going to be heading back to school in a week. Scary!!! I keep reciting in my head that "God is Good, that I am NOT in control of his perfect and wonderful plan that he has for me." This is something that I battle with daily, to think that I, MOlly Grace Vosicky am not in control of my life. That's a pill to swollow in allowing my wonderful maker to control this crazy and sinful life that I lead. I will admit that as the school year comes upon me, I am getting aprehensive. A sin in and of itself! I don't trust the Lord.....that he will carry me through the times that are hard, that he will not be there when I need him the most. Although in my head I know that he is there, he is the ever present one. This is a prime example of my sinfulness and Yes, I am ashamed to say that I don't trust the Lord at times.
Many of you don't know ( and most people dont) the journey the Lord has placed me on. I may have a little easier than most, but I live with an illness that at times controls my life ( again a sin), a illness that the Lord GAVE me, he picked me to carry this cross and in that I should be ever thankful, for he called my name, because he knew that I would be able to handle it. Where at times, I feel that I wont be able to, I know that in the deepest part of my heart I will be able to. So, let me get to the point of this whole langing of me typing is getting to is that I fear the unknown. I fear that I won't be a good student or a good friend, or daughter, I fear that I will give up half way through the semester because I had a moment in my life where I queshtioned the Lord. In this time, I have to turn to the Lord and praise him, praise him for providing for me, for allowing me to walk the road I am on, to have the parents and friends that I do, and to greatful for each and everyday I get to wake up and glorify him.
Dear Heavenly Father:
I pray that you guide me through this coming school year. Let me a servent of yours, show me how to preach the word and be a beackend of hope for those that are lost. Guide me down the path you have set before me to be a godly women. Shape me and form me to be the women you created before time itself was created. I pray that you soften my heart, to bridel my tongue, open my ears to hear those that are yearning and searching and for me to have my arms outstretched to those that need your love. Allow me to be a better, daughter, sister, and friend. I ask that you take my selfishness and place kindness and love in my heart, show me what it is to serve you everyday. Father, I pray that you give me strength to walk through the valley, that you carry me through the moments of sheer darkness and for me to have faith in you in all the stages of my life. I love you father and I thank you for choosing me for calling me by name. You have redeemed me and you have called me by name. -Amen-

So You Think You Can Dance!!!
Alright, for the past 2 months: myself, along with the Smith family have been madley addicted to " So You Think You Can Dance." Yeah we are addicted, the kind of addicted that thanks to TiVo, we watch the dances over and over and even weeks later surf the YouTube world until we find them again!!! A true addiction :)
Although all good things must come to an end, and tonight we have to say good-bye to Katee, Joshua, Twitch, and Cortney!!! Sad, my bet is on either Joshua or Katee, both beautiful dancers and so humble!!! I wont miss though, Mary Murphy's screem and Nigal's teeth ( they bother me so much)!
Tonight, my heart may just possible be broken becuase the show we tune in for all summer long on Wednesday and Thursday night's come's to an end. There still maybe hope because the tour is coming to Pensacola in November sometime. But I don't think I will be able to attend that, because there is nothing better than watching it on tv!!
If you watch the show, enjoy!!!

Girl's Weekend!!!!
( The Molly moment's, Emily and Libby live to see. I have this thing, that I laugh at everything, even if it's not that funny. I'm the girl that you can tell a dumb joke to and laugh, when no one else does!!! But the worst is when we take pictures, I can't smile for long until it turns into a laugh and sure enough, mid laugh the picture is snapped)It has been a while since I can last remember Emily, Libby and I going away for the weekend. Sad right! My two best friends and we can't seem to find time to all get together for dinner once a week to chat....life has gotten busy! I can only imagine what it is going to be like when we start school. But, Emily's aunt Sharon DeVine ( love that name) lives on Dauphine Island, so we trecked down there in the BUG for the weekend and did absolutly nothing. We layed out, swam, layed out some more and ate so much food we felt sick. But it was some good times, that is for sure. We laughed alot, talked about life, and just had fun embracing and soaking up the moment together and our friendship that at our age has somehow lasted an astonishing 7 years!!!
The Kodak moments, that we shared were maybe not some of our best but they were some funny ones. Libby for some reason enjoys making " the face" as Emily and I call it, along with throwing the peace sign in the air!!! Oh how we laugh at Libby and how she want's to stay young!!!
So all three of us can at least say that we did spend a weekend together this summer. The days are winding down and we are still trying to cram all the things we wanted to do in the time span of 2 weeks and counting!!! How I sometimes wish time would stop or the days would be longer, but that is not how God intended it to be, so I guess I will have to settle for what he gave me!!!

August!
It's already August!! Where does time go...it seems as I get older, the summers and school years just fly by. I don't want that to happen, because that means that I have to grow up and take more responsibilities on ( that is a scary thing)!
Tomorrow is Nate's 16th birthday:) He is so old, but he has turned into be a wonderful, Christ serving, loving young man! So I decided to help mom out and make both the cake he wants for tonight, as we celebrate with family and the cupcakes for tomorrow's party with friends!! Just call me little miss Betty crocker!!! I enjoy baking and cooking, because there is an end product and it's structured. The family was sitting around this morning at breakfast and we were talking about how fast the 16 years has gone and a story came up about myself when Nate was born, I remember this event so well and we always get a good laugh out of it when we talk about it.
I was 3 1/2 when Nate was born, the last of the Vosicky children and we lived in the wonderful town of Fond du lac, Wisconsin!!! Yes, he is a true cheese head, and he is one proud man to say that he is. The day Nate was born, Alex and I were dropped off at our family friends house, Bill and Cathy Crawford ( wonderful people that were true servents). Well, as a little girl, I had a true fear of men, mostly fathers. I didn't spend the night at anyone of my friends house until I was in the 7th grade!!!! But the story goes, is Mr. Bill was going to take Alex and I to the hospital to see Nate and mom. For the past day I had made my perch on their leather couch ( thank God for that) and never got off. Alex went about his regular self and played and was loud. The time came for Mr. Bill to take us to the hospital and he came near me to pick me up and carry me to the car, as he picked me up I proceeded to "pee" my pants on him and their wonderful leather couch!!!! Yes, I was so scared of him that I peed all over him and myself. Alex descirbes me as a little timmed kitten, of course that is a pathetic way to look at it, but whatever! I was determined that no one was going to move me, so the Crawford's had to call another great friend of our's Kathy Johnson to come and get me.
Looking back at that, I laugh at myself because it was such a weird game that my mind was playing on me. That is just one of many stories that the Vosicky household will laugh all day over and it brings back wonderful memories, even if they involve me peeing my pants on the pastor of our church!!!!
Well, Happy Birthday Nate!!! I guess I should go and check on my baking progress. This afternoon I am contemplating on cleaning my car, it seems to accumulate junk over time and alot of sand ( what little kids drag into your car)!!!
Enjoy Christs love!
